Major General Allam Al-Saqqa, Chief of Police, Congratulates Palestinian Women on International Women’s Day

‏I begin my speech by extending my heartfelt congratulations to Palestinian women on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

‏I express my deepest appreciation for their generous role in society in all its components, as they are the sisters of men and their partner in achievement and progress .

‏On this occasion, we remember the sacrifices, contributions, and struggles of Palestinian women in the pursuit of our people’s freedom and independence. They have played a significant role in all fields of national struggle, embodying the essence of sacrifice and devotion.

‏I also extend my greetings and appreciation to working women in all fields, especially in the security and police fields, where they have attained leading positions and practical roles based on the principle of equal opportunities with men. The police institution, recognizing the essential role of women, is committed to integrating qualified and highly trained female officers into all areas of policing.

‏I encourage women to continue their dedication and efforts in serving our people to the fullest.

‏Wishing all Palestinian women a happy and prosperous International Women’s Day.
