Major General Allam Al-Saqa Praises the Role of the European Union in Supporting the Palestinian Police

Jericho—Major General Allam Al Saqa, the Chief of Palestinian Police, praised today the EU's role in supporting the Palestinian Police and building several centers in various governorates. 

The police stated that Major General Al-Saqa's speech came during his visit to the Crossings and Borders Administration in Jericho and his meeting with the Director General of Crossings and Borders, Nazmi Muhanna, the European Union Mission, the EUBAM Mission, and the European Police, to review the European support strategy for the Palestinian police, in the presence of Brigadier General Mu'ayyad Abbas - Director of Jericho Police, and Brigadier General Mustafa Dawabsheh - Deputy Director of the Crossings and Borders Administration in the Police - Director of the Karameh Crossing Police.
Major General Al-Saqa touched on several points related to European support and its importance in developing police work, specifically in training talents and skills for police cadres and members.
The meeting discussed the pillars of support in the coming period, which will contribute to developing police services provided to citizens and positively enhance security and public order.
