Traffic Accidents kill 3 and Injure 189 last week in the West Bank

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police – 3 were killed and 189 were injured  in 190 traffic accidents across the West Bank in the last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released yesterday.

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 190 traffic accidents, which 3 were killed and 189 injured, of whom 7 sustained serious injuries, 18 moderate, and 164 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police  examined last week 2650 vehicles and seized 111 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 1909 traffic reports, and seized 125 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed  37 illegal vehicles.

The statement called the road users to adhere the traffic laws and signals for the interests of their lives.
