Traffic Accidents Kill 1 Person and Injure 209 last Week in the West Bank.

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police – 1 person were killed and 209 were injured in 189 traffic accidents across the West Bank in the last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released yesterday.

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 189 traffic accidents killing 1 and injuring 189 of whom 5 sustained serious injuries, 15 moderate, and 189 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police  examined last week 4333 vehicles and seized 115 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 3280 traffic reports, and seized 159 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed 13 illegal vehicles.
