Traffic Accidents Kill 2 People and Injure 168 last Week in the West Bank.

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police - 2 people were killed and 168 were injured in 180 traffic accidents across the West Bank in the last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released Saturday.

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 180 traffic accidents killing 2 people and injuring 186 of whom 15 sustained moderate injuries, and 171 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police  examined last week 5252 vehicles and seized 87 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 4540 traffic reports, and seized 147 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed 52 illegal vehicles.
