Traffic Accidents Kill 6 People, Injure 199 last week in the West bank

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police – Six people were killed and 199 were injured in 206 traffic accidents across the West Bank last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released yesterday.

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 206 traffic accidents killing 6 people and injuring 199 of whom 3 sustained serious injuries, 7 moderate, and 189 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police  examined last week 1932 vehicles and seized 34 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 1628 traffic reports, and seized 98 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed 47 illegal vehicles.
