Traffic Accidents Injure 158 People Last Week in the West Bank.

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police – 158 people were injured in 147 traffic accidents across the West Bank last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released  yesterday.

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 147 traffic accidents caused injuries to 158 people, of whom 7 sustained serious injuries, 10 moderate, and 141 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police examined last week 2672 vehicles and seized 75 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 2927 traffic reports, and seized 151 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed 50 illegal vehicles.

The statement called the road users to adhere the traffic laws and signals for the interests of their lives.
