The State of Palestine Participate in the 7th Annual Warrior Competition in Amman.

Amman- King Abduallah II Special Operations Center- The Warrior Competition is an annual combat-oriented competition that takes place at the King Abdullah Special Operations Center “KASOTC” in Amman-Jordan.
The 7th Annual warrior competition was held Sunday and it will last until 23rd .2015.
The state of Palestine participates in this competition for the fourth year,in addition to other Arab and international countries.
Police’s public relations and media department reported in a statement that " Maj. Gen. Hani Manaseer represented General. Mashal Mohammed Zabin the Chief of Staff in the Jordanian Armed Forces, at the opening of the competition events.The competition attended by different Palestinian security institutions, Brigadier Gen. Iyad Abbas, director of financial department in the national security forces, the Special Police forces Commander Colonel Medhat Hijo, Lt. Col. Walid Al.bida deputy director of the financial department of the police, in addition to number of leaders of armies and security institutions, ambassadors and consuls from many countries.
More than 300 competitors represent 37 teams participate in this competition.
The competitors represent 19 countries around the world such as Police units, armies, special operations forces, the elite teams, Rapid Intervention Forces.
The state of Palestine participates in this competition for the 4th year with 3 teams, Special Police Forces (Nosor 194),National Security Forces (101), and National Security Forces(77).
Many international countries participate , including the USA, Russia, Jordan, China, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Lebanon, Bahrain and Malaysia, in addition to the Netherlands, Canada, Kazakhstan, Slovakia and the Sultanate of Brunei, Afghanistan and elsewhere.
The competitions which lasts from 18 to April 23 include 10 sub-competitions, which concentrated on the main axes like power of endurance, fitness and intrusion, evacuation and providing assistance .
The competition also depends on plan development and team management, where each team consists of 7 competitors carrying out field skills, high accuracy in a high and professional performance, and also depends on the tactical shooting in many kind of weapons.
The organizing committee required from teams that participate in the competition will have a high degree of efficiency, accuracy and time management, as well as pass the barriers and obstacles. Also participants must distinguished of cohesion and the ability to maneuver and combat with targets under physical and psychological pressure, and skills save hostages and secure aircraft and protect the population.
