One Citizen Dies, 175 Injured in Traffic Accidents Last Week

Ramallah – General Directorate of Police – A total of 175 people were injured in 251 traffic accidents that occurred last week, resulting in the death of one citizen.

The police reported that the incidents included three serious injuries, ten moderate injuries, and 162 minor injuries.

Additionally, the Traffic Police inspected 10,341 vehicles, removed 120 vehicles from the roads for failing to meet public safety standards, and destroyed 20 vehicles.

Furthermore, the police issued 3,700 traffic violations and impounded 127 vehicles for verification of their legality.
