Ramallah - A delegation of Christian clergymen today expressed their thanks and appreciation to General Hazim Atallah, the chief of Palestinian Police, for making every effort in maintaining security and safety during their visit to the Chief office in Ramallah.
Police’s public relations and media department reported in a statement “Major general Hazim Attallah Chief of police received in his office, Father Arseneus the head of the Coptic Church, Father Jacque El Abed the head of the Catholic Church, the father of the Roman church Tala’at Awwad, father Firas Diab father Athanasius and the lawyer khalil Abu Ghannam, expressed their thanks and appreciation for making every efforts in helping the Palestinian people, and building bridges of cooperation to insure on the depth of the good relationship between the two sides.
For his part, Major General Hazim Attallah, chief of Palestinian Police, conveyed to the guest the greetings of President Mahmoud Abbas and the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Rami Al-Hamdallah, stressing on their constant instructions to provide security and safety for the Palestinian citizen. He also reviewed the achievements of the Palestinian police on maintaining the civil peace and the building of brotherly relations.
