Traffic Accidents kill 3 and Injure 153 last week in the West Bank

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police – 3 were killed and 153 were injured  in 172 traffic accidents across the West Bank in the last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released yesterday.

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 172 traffic accidents, which 3 were killed and 153 injured, of whom 7 sustained serious injuries, 6 moderate, and 140 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police  examined last week 4343 vehicles and seized 121 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 3256 traffic reports, and seized 124 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed  111 illegal vehicles.

The statement called the road users to adhere the traffic laws and signals for the interests of their lives.
