Palestinian Police Opens 8 Police Stations Under the Patronage of the Prime Minister Dr. Rami Hamdallah in Nablus

Nablus- police opened eight community police centers under the patronage of  the Prime Minister Dr. Rami Hamdallah, funded by the European Union within the program of building community policing centers .

Police’s Public Relations and Media department reported in a statement, that the opening started  of a Aqraba police station in a ceremony held in Aqraba Municipality hall in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Rami Hamdallah the prime minister and the chief of Palestinian police, Major General Hazem Atallah and the governor of Nablus, Major General Akram Rjoub and the European Union Representative Ralph Traf , and the representative of the Federal Republic of Germany Peter Bayreuth and the mayor of a Aqraba Ayman Bani Fadel and Undersecretary of the Ministry of public Works Fa’ek AlDeek and area commander Brigadier General Ameen Fawalha and Colonel Omar Bzour , and a number of official figures .


The statement added that Dr. Al Hamdallah the prime minister said in his speech that the opening of the centers comes in the framework of strengthening community partnership to maintain security and public order and preserve the civil and social peace and fight against crime, in addition to stressing  that the Palestinian people stand by the  police organization to do its obligation in providing the security situation ,and that these centers were found in order to provide better services to citizens and to ensure its security and meet all their needs.
