Traffic Accidents kill 2 ,injure 176 last week in the West Bank

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police – 2 were killed and 167 were injured  in 174 traffic accidents across the West Bank in the last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released .

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 174 traffic accidents, which 2 were killed and 167 injured, of whom 21 sustained moderate injuries, and 146 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police  examined last week 3016 vehicles and seized 112 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 1858 traffic reports, and seized 130 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed 40 illegal vehicles.

The statement called the road users to adhere the traffic laws and signals for the interests of their lives.
