Traffic Accidents Kill 2 People and Injure 220 last Week in the West Bank.

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police – 2 people were killed and 220 were injured in 195 traffic accidents across the West Bank in the last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released Saturday.

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 195 traffic accidents killing 2 and injuring 220 of whom 7 sustained serious injuries, 19 moderate, and 194 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police  examined last week 4089 vehicles and seized 90 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 3542 traffic reports, and seized 166 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed 53 illegal vehicles.
