Traffic Accidents Kill 2 People and Injure 158 last Week in the West Bank.

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police – 2 people were killed and 158 were injured in 183 traffic accidents across the West Bank in the last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released Saturday.

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 183 traffic accidents killing 2 and injuring 158 of whom 3 sustained serious injuries, 12 moderate, and 143 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police  examined last week 4983 vehicles and seized 137 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 4159 traffic reports, and seized 125 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed 67 illegal vehicles.
