Traffic Accidents kill 2 People and Injure 166 People in the West Bank Last Week.

Ramallah -The General Directorate of Police –  Two people were killedm and 166 people were injured in 166 traffic accidents across the West Bank last week, according to a statement Police’ Public Relations and Media department released  yesterday.

Traffic Police Department, according to the statement, documented 166 traffic accidents caused Death for 2 People  injuries to 166 people, of whom 5 sustained serious injuries, 13 moderate, and 148 sustained minor injuries.

The statement pointed out that the traffic police examined last week 1886 vehicles and seized 49 vehicles lacked to public safety conditions, and wrote 1767 traffic reports, and seized 92 vehicles to ensure its legality and destroyed 244 illegal vehicles.

The statement called the road users to adhere the traffic laws and signals for the interests of their lives.
